A votre avis peut on faire aussi fond palissandre et éclisses érable ondé ?

Lorsque je sers au centre ( malgré les fermeture du gabarit) les pièces vers le gabarit, celui ci a tendance à s'écarter un peu. Si c'est grave, quelles fermetures avez vous employées car j'en ai essayé 2 modèles et cela change peu. Finalement je serrerai le tout avec un serre joint si besoin.

Two way trussroad, 2 bars in Titane (Tige de réglage dans les 2 sens, 2 renforts titane).
Fingerboar in ebony with inlays in mother of pearl (Touche ébène gravée de nacre)
Body in mahogany, top and back in mapple (Corps acajou table érable fond Erable).
The body will be hollowed, The top and back will be hollowed and arched. (Le corps, la table et le fond vont être creusés et scultés). It will be a mix between a solidboy and hollowbody.

Routing the Neck contour ( Défoncer le tour du manche )
Neck contour made ( Contour du manche effectué) . After the fretboard I lower the neck level by router for the future table( Abaissement du manche après le bas de la touche pour la future table)
Radius for fingerboard with a big fretboard radius sanding bloc and piece of wood to keep the bloc in line (Radius en cours de la touche avec grand bloc à radiusé et calle latérale pour rester droit):
Router for binding and glue the binding with Acetone.
Put the frets with a small hammer that you can see in the picture (Pose des frettes qui recouvrent le filet avec un marteau que l'on voit sur la photo)
Body after route for the neck in the middle ( lowered 25mm ) and beginning of the hollowed body ( all the height ) . Only 25mm is made ( still 15mm to do by the other side )
Corps défoncé au centre de 25mm pour l'emplacement du bas du manche et le reste de toute la hauteur ( pour l'instant que 25mm, reste 15mm à faire par l'autre coté avec une fraise de copie à roulement en bas )
Cutting the back of the neck with a saw:
Finish the route of the body's back and route with the template the inside of the horns
Route the rest of the outside body
Glue the two parts of the top
Cut the outline top with a saw and adjust the route for the neck. Coupe du tour de la table à la scie à ruban et ajustement de l'emplacement du manche.
Begin to hollow the top by routing 3 steps and leave the "center" to glue with the neck ( to fix the bridge). Be carrefull of the stability. Début du creux de la table par défoncage sur 3 niveaux. ( attention à la stabilité de la défonceuse).
Glue the neck
Test for the bridge high. Test pour la hauteur du chevalet.
Test for the top with the bridge. Test de la table avec le chevalet.
Route the pickups place. Défonce de l'emplacement des micros.
Continue to hollow the top with a lot of manual tools ( put here around the top. On continue le scultage en creux de la table avec de multiples outils ( posés ici autour de la table).
End of hollowed top. Fin du scultage de l'intérieur de la table.
Top glued on the body
Route the outside's top with the body as template.Défonçage de l'extérieur et pourtour de la table avec appuie sur le corps.
Route the binding. Défonçage de l'emplacement du binding.
Glue the 2 parts of the back. Cut the outline. Hollow the inside back ( same rules as for the top )
Coller les 2 parties du dos. couper le pourtour. Creuser l'intérieur ( même façon que pour la table sans le centre )
Glue the back. Collage du dos.
Route the outline's back. Then curve the back following the lines you can see to leave the same Wood thickness . Défonce du tour du dos. galbe du dos en suivant les lignes que vous pouvez voir de façon à laisser la même épaisseur de bois.
Test to hear the guitar and see if all is in place. Test auditif et pour voir si tout est en place.
Glue the binding (Collage du filet).
All the guitar sand down (Guitar totalement poncée).
Junction neck body adjusted ( jonction manche corps affiné)
The neck back adjusted more thin ( Le dos du manche affiné).
Products for the finishing: right for the body center and left for the top and back. (Produits pour la finition: à droite pour le centre du corps et à gauche pour la table et le dos )
Product for the junction between the type of paint ( produit pour la jontion de la peinture)
Dying the wood ( mapple in each face ) with "prusse" blue. Teinture de l'érable ondé avec du bleu de prusse à l'aide d'un chiffon (sans peluches) et on enlève le surplus avec une éponge ou le chiffon humide.
